    Manage Grand Totals

hila shows a Grand Total as an immediate summary of results data in a fixed row at the bottom of a table, under the following conditions. To ensure the results remain mathematically sound, this row is specifically reserved for monetary values and amounts. To maintain data integrity, the Grand Total is automatically suppressed for percentages, ratios, growth rates, and so on, because summing these metrics would result in inaccurate insights. Additionally, the Grand Total is not displayed if a table has been pivoted or transposed.

Note: the Grand Total reflects only the data currently available in the result table. If a table has reached its row limit, the Grand Total represents the sum of the available rows in the result table, not the absolute total of the entire underlying data source.
