Set up Conversational Analytics
Setting up Conversational Analytics consists of the following steps:

Install hila for your cloud provider.

Configure Conversational Analytics
Configure LLMs with your API token, configure data ingestion, and run the CA notebook to install Conversational Analytics on hila.

Prepare your data for ingestion into Conversational Analytics, then send the schema to your Professional Services or client IT contact to finish preparations to interface your data to hila.

After you have installed and configured hila and ingested your initial batch of data, you need to ingest new data as it becomes available.
Note: If the data you want to ingest does not follow the standard Conversational Analytics schema, you can ingest data using a custom format. See Ingest custom data.
