    Feedback on answers and results

    When you receive an answer or result from hila, you can choose a thumbs-up or thumbs-down icon to indicate whether the answer was helpful or not.

    When you choose thumbs-down, hila provides you a dialog box to enter additional feedback.

    1. Select what part of the answer was not helpful.
    2. Enter a description of the problem.
    3. Click Submit.

    Feedback for admins

    Open the Feedback manager by clicking the Tools button in the bottom of the left pane of the hila UI and then clicking the Feedback item in the tools pane.

    • Select feedback on a specific datasource in the dropdown list that defaults to All Sources.
    • View any archived feedback by selecting Archived in the dropdown list that defaults to Inbox.
    • Archive feedback by selecting Archive after clicking the three dots at the end of the row for the feedback you want to archive.
    • Select anywhere on the row to see a report with details on the feedback, as in the following image.

    At the bottom of the report is a View full response that opens a modal with the exact question the user asked and the response the system returned. This provides better context for the feedback.
