hila monitoring app

The hila monitoring app provides you controls the the hila system. You can use it to monitor system health, view logs, and manage configurations.

Access the monitoring app

The hila Conversational Analystics UI is in one subdomain of the hila system. The monitoring app is in another.

If the hCA UI is at https://ui.your-domain.com, the monitoring app is at https://monitoring.your-domain.com.

Key monitoring app tasks

Set configuration values

1. In the monitoring app, click Users in the bottom left corner of the page, and then select Settings.

2. In the Settings page, click Raw config values to set configuration values directly.

Create users and roles and set permissions

1. In the monitoring app, click Users in the bottom left corner of the page, and then select Settings.

2. In the Settings page, click Users, Roles & Permissions.
