Administrator

A user role that has access to more of the UI than end users, so they can take care of settings and configuration, loading data, and interfacing with the product. Early in the product life cycle, the administrator also has many development functions.

Data permissions

The ability to set permissions on data in your database to restrict user access to financial information.

Developer

A user who has access to the API to customize an existing application or create custom applications on top of the platform.

hila functionality permissions

The ability to set permissions to control user access to hila functionality.

Object permissions

The ability to set permissions on objects such as files, folders, and metadata.

User

A user who has general access to the product and who asks questions of the data.
