hila features are grouped by the following user roles:

• Users can ask questions against documents they or admins have uploaded, or against databases that admins have set up connections to.
• Administrators can do everything users can do, plus they can manage documents and database connections as well as manage users and monitor LLM performance.
• Developers can run hila functionality over APIs.
